Kindly read the instructions given below very carefully:
1) Age criteria : The child born between 1.3.2021 to 30.04.2022 are eligible for Pre School Admission.
2) Fill the form in Capital letters only.
3) Online Registration will be done through the school website – https://khms.ac.in
4) Payment will be made ONLINE.
5) Keep your details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount
6) In the case of a single parent, the entire information of the parent is to be repeated in both columns.
7) Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete form/documents, the application will be deemed as rejected.
8) Print out of the filled registration form, duly signed by the parent, must be dropped in the box placed at the Senior School gate (no.2), along with self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents.
9) The Last date of online submission of the Registration form for pre-school is 20-12-2024
10) The Last date to drop the Registration form along with the required documents at the school counter is 20-12-2024.
11) After registering your Mobile No, please wait for 5 minutes to receive the Password on your mobile phone.
12) If the payment process is not completed successfully for any reason, proceed again using the same mobile Number and password.
13) Kindly keep the photographs in a SOFT copy ready for uploading while filling out the form. (Applicant’s, Father’s and Mother’s photograph). The photograph size should not exceed 200 KB and should not be less than 50 KB.

15) The form once saved before making the payment, there will be no option to upload the photograph again. The preview of the photograph will be available only after making the payment.

Required Documents :
(i) Copy of Birth certificate of the child issued by MCD/NDMC/Municipal Corporation.
(ii) Proof of Address :
• Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (having name of child).
• Domicile certificate of child or his/ her parents.
• Voter I-card(EPIC) of any of the parents.
• Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/water bill in the name of any of the parents.
• Aadhar Card/UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents
(iii) Proof of alumni of Kulachi Hansraj Model School (If Applicable): Class XII (Passing Certificate in the name of Mother/Father).
(iv) Proof of Sibling (If Applicable): Latest Fee Bill / Report Card / Identity Card
