•Keep Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking details ready for online payment.
•For single-parent cases, parent details must be repeated in both columns.
•Fill the entire form before printing. Incomplete forms/documents will be rejected.
•Submit the printed and signed form with self-attested documents at Senior School Gate No. 2.
•Last date for online submission: 27-12-2025
•Last date to drop the registration form at school: 27-12-2025
•After entering your mobile number, please wait 5 minutes to receive the password SMS.
•If payment is not completed successfully, retry using the same mobile number and password.
•Keep soft copies of photographs (Applicant, Father, Mother) ready — size must be 50 KB to 200 KB.
